Its flexibility makes it superior in terms of mechanical wear resistance, elasticity, and chemical resistance. By adding various components, polyurethane can be customized to achieve desired properties depending on the application of the final product.

Shore Values and Scales

The hardness of our material is measured on the Shore scales. It is a measure of the material’s resistance. The higher the resistance, the higher the hardness value. There are several Shore scales, and the most common are Shore A and Shore D. We manufacture polyurethane with hardness ranging from 10A to 75D.
